FATESPUN’s website, applications, tools, AI personality analysis, astrology/tarot interpretations, and digital downloads.
“Applicable Law”
All laws governing your use of the Services, including but not limited to:
* U.S. federal consumer protection laws
* State-level privacy and consumer laws
* GDPR/UK GDPR (if applicable)
2. Eligibility
You must be:
* 18 years of age or older, OR
* 13 years or older with verifiable parental consent
We do not knowingly serve children under 13.
3. Nature of Services — Entertainment Only
FATESPUN provides AI-generated interpretive content, including:
* Astrology
* Personality analysis
* Symbolic reading
* Tarot-style interpretations
You acknowledge that:
* These Services are for entertainment purposes only
* They do not constitute psychological, legal, medical, or financial advice

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
All interpretive results are generated automatically by machine learning systems.
FATESPUN does not:
* Guarantee the accuracy or suitability of interpretations
* Guarantee any outcomes from using the reports
* Provide human review or validation of AI outputs
You understand that interpretations may contain symbolic, subjective, or fictional elements.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials—including AI models, algorithms, text, graphics, PDF outputs, trademarks, and branding—remain the exclusive property of FATESPUN.
You receive a personal license to view/use Digital Reports; you do not own the underlying content.
9. Payment and Billing
* Payments are securely processed by third-party payment processors.
* You authorize all charges to your selected payment method.
* Taxes may apply.
* Purchases are final once a Digital Report is delivered, subject to our Refund Policy.
10. Delivery of Digital Reports
Digital Reports are typically delivered via email within minutes.
Delivery may be delayed due to:
* Server load
* Email spam filtering
* Incorrect email input
We are not responsible for email delivery failures caused by third-party email providers.
11. Refunds
All sales are final once the Digital Report is delivered.
Exceptions are detailed in our Refund Policy.
12. Disclaimers and No Warranty
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FATESPUN disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

15. Arbitration Agreement & Waiver of Class Actions
Any dispute arising from the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration administered under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules.
You agree to:
* Individual arbitration only
* No class actions or class arbitration
* No jury trial
This clause survives termination.
16. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, outages, wars, strikes, or government actions.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
18. Severability
If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
