By purchasing our Services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.
1. Nature of Digital Goods
FATESPUN provides non-tangible, automatically generated digital products that are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.
Unlike physical goods, digital products:
* Cannot be returned
* Cannot be “unused” once delivered
* Are generated uniquely for each transaction
Accordingly, all sales are final, subject to the exceptions described below.
2. General Refund Rule — All Sales Are Final
Except as required under applicable law or in rare qualifying circumstances, FATESPUN does not offer refunds for:
* Delivered Digital Reports
* Incorrect birth details or personal information submitted by the user
* Subjective dissatisfaction with interpretive content
* Delays caused by email filtering, spam blocking, or third-party email services
* Change of mind after purchase
* Failure to access or download the report due to user-side technical issues
This principle aligns with FTC guidelines for electronically delivered digital goods.
3. Exceptions — Situations Eligible for Refund
FATESPUN may issue a refund only when one of the following conditions is met:
A. Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges
* You were charged more than once for the same transaction
* A payment was made fraudulently without your authorization
B. Non-Delivery Due to FATESPUN System Error
A refund may be granted if:
* The Digital Report failed to generate due to a system issue
* The Digital Report failed to send due to a FATESPUN delivery issue
AND
* FATESPUN cannot successfully deliver the report within a reasonable time after being notified (typically 72 hours)
C. Payment Processor Error
If Stripe, PayPal, or other processors confirm a mischarge or processing error.
D. Legal Requirements
Refunds may be offered when required by applicable consumer protection law.
All other scenarios are not eligible.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted when:
* Incorrect email address or spelling errors were submitted
* Email provider blocks or delays delivery
* You fail to check spam or junk folders
* You disagree with or dislike the interpretive output
* You expected factual, scientific, or professional advice
* You fail to download the report before deleting your email
This policy protects both FATESPUN and the integrity of digital content delivery.
5. Requesting a Refund
