5. Transparency Regarding AI Limitations

You acknowledge and understand that:

* AI-generated content may contain symbolic, fictional, subjective, or interpretive elements.

* Outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, factual, or scientifically validated.

* Interpretations should not be used for decision-making relating to health, finance, law, relationships, or other life-impacting circumstances.

* No human verifies or validates each interpretation prior to delivery.

6. Whether AI Outputs Constitute “Inferences” Under CPRA

CPRA defines “inferences” as data drawn from personal information that reflects a consumer's characteristics or preferences.

FATESPUN’s output does not constitute legally defined inferences because:

* Outputs are symbolic/interpretive and not factual assessments

* Outputs do not create usable characteristics for targeting, profiling, or advertising

* Outputs are not stored as attributes tied to your identity

Thus, FATESPUN does not create or store CPRA “inference” data.

7. Automated Processing Under GDPR

Under GDPR (Art. 13–15, 22), users have the right to understand how their data is processed by automated systems.

FATESPUN confirms that:

* Automated processing is used solely to generate interpretive content

* No rights, entitlements, or obligations are affected by the output
